WEATHER! Kingman has been rated “Best Weather” in Arizona. Kingman is situated 3,300 feet above sea level and over 8,000 feet elevation in the Hualapai Mountains. It’s “High Desert” altitude produces a very consistent climate with mild winters and summers. Kingman is typically 12-15 degrees cooler in the summer than Phoenix, Las Vegas, Lake Havasu, Bullhead City, Laughlin and the California desert communities. In the winter, daytime temperatures rarely get below the 50’s although it has been known to snow. Kingman’s sunsets are spectacular and it’s average year round temperature is in the 70’s.
